The Pinscher Settles Down

It’s almost 11pm now. The pinscher has completely settled in now.
And she’s as tame as a little lamb. Not snappy anymore.
Like a lamb now. Likes to sit on laps.

My cats were quite freaked out and a bit concerned about this new animal which has entered our house.
What on earth is it, they asked.
It can’t be a dog ‘coz it doesn’t look anything like Bobby….

Lost Miniature Pinscher In SS18/5 – Is It Your Dog?

The guards in my area alerted me to a lost miniature pinscher found wandering on Jalan SS18/5. According to them, the poor dog was running up and down the road, and appeared to be lost.
They caught it and put it into a big box, but they cannot foster the dog as it is against their regulations to keep an animal in their guardhouse. They did not want to let the dog go again for fear that being so small, it would be hit by a moving vehicle.

THE LOVELY LUNA... This dear little girl was rescued from "Dog Island" during the Bangkok Floods. She has limited sight, but is a sweet dog & loves people. She's currently living in our Old Age Dog Run, as with her sight problems we feel she'd be more comfortable with the slower, elderly residents. MATILDA FLIES TO CANADA!
A few days ago the lovely "Matilda" flew to Vancouver, Canada to meet her new mum "Marie". Apparently Matilda's settling in beautifully! The photo shows Matilda just a day after her arrival, still tired from her flight & curled up in her new companion's bed (Dora - the cat)! Marie has 2 rescue cats & says Matilda & the cats are adjusting well to each other. The cats are curious about Matilda, but nothing more & they are living together in harmony.

JUNE... OUR HAPPY TRIPOD - LOOKING FOR A HOME! June arrived as a small puppy after being rescued from a road accident. She spent 3 months in our clinic where her injured leg had to be amputated. Today she's a playful, funny 3 legged dog who makes us all laugh. She loves to race around with the other dogs, but is also very affectionate & loves to be cuddled.
