Kenya is the beloved pet of Reena Kong. A very unfortunate accident in the alley in August 2011 caused Kenya to be critically injured. Her right eye was gone, the left engorged, her lips were smashed and her tongue was hanging out. I remember the very afternoon that Reena called me and asked me to recommend a vet who could address Kenya’s problem. The vet Reena consulted earlier had suggested that Kenya be euthanised.

Macha arrived with an extremely bad wound on her paw which was severely swollen & infested with maggots. After extensive treatment it was obviously still causing her much discomfort & the decision was made to amputate.

We Have No Provisions To Give Out Loans, And Other Related Matters

Dear all,
In the past few months, there have been rescuers writing in asking for help for their animals. When I offered our subsidy plan, they write back saying they have absolutely NO money at all. Some of these are working adults. I find it rather hard to imagine any working adult who has NO money at all unless their house has been razed to the ground or there has been a calamity in their lives.
But no, some of these people perpetually have “no money”. Is it a case of bad financial...

MATTY ARRIVED IN A TERRIBLE MESS!... This dog arrived in a terrible state. He had leg injuries & a sevree case of ticks, flee's & parasites.
