SDF SCAD staff Matt and Khun Mot, plus adoptable puppy Kewpie join the students of Concordian International School, Bangkok, who generously organized a collection of dog and cat food, plus cat litter to donate to us! 12 more hours before ACRES signs a landmark MOU with the Lao Zoo for the establishment of the first Wildlife Rescue and Education Centre in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The ACRES Wildlife Rescue and Education Centre will provide sanctuary to mainly bears! The MOU ceremony will be witnessed by H.E. Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Lao PDR and Mr. K Shanmugam, Singapore’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minster for Law.

Pak Din’s House Is All “upgraded” Now!

After three days’ work, Connie James’ workers, Panjang and Riyanto, have completed the work.
We’d like to thank Connie, Panjang and Riyanto for all their efforts at helping Pak Din!
I met Chew today, and he said the dogs are secure inside the area now and there is no more danger of them escaping anymore. Chew is relieved!
