"Rodents? Leave them to us," said Munchkins, the reticulated python who was in the middle of digesting his lunch.
The town council called in their pest control who safely contained Munchkins and handed him over to us- along with his lunch- a huge rat who was regurgitated.
The eternally hungry rescue officers 'Ta Pao-ed' his lunch and delivered it after the python was released. Their appetite, sad to say, was 'released' too.

It has been brought to my attention that two rescuers (let’s call them No.1 and No.2) are planning to get someone else to put in some claims on behalf of them because they do not wish to reveal their names to us.
Hmm…but why? What is wrong with revealing their names? Unless they are running some clandestine operation which cannot see the light of day?
And do I know these two persons?

Baggy Begins Her 3rd Day With My Cats

Last night, I let Baggy sleep in her Holey Box beside me as I slept on the bench in the room.
This morning, I found she had made herself a little sanctuary in the room, surrounded by two boxes. It was cute. Sorry my camera battery ran out on me, so no photo.
I thought I should take her out to the garden for a stretch…

Soi Dog's Wall Gets A Paint Job...

PHUKET'S "BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL" VISIT SOI DOG! Yesterday, 40 Year 8 students from (BIS) visited the Soi Dog Shelter for the day. One of their main tasks was to make our huge white entrance wall more attractive by painting Soi Dog pictures & slogans. The kids soon got to work & did a fantastic job!
They also walked dogs & spent time socialising with our puppies & older dogs.
Thanks guys, you did a great job with the wall! Hope to see you back soon!
