I WAS FOUND WITH MY LEG BRUTALLY HACKED OFF
In unbearable agony, I tried to run away when the kind lady approached me, shocked by my appearance. My back leg had been brutally hacked off – all that was remaining was some bone. The wound was seriously infected and the lady knew I desperately needed help.
My name is Bayfront and I am a street dog of Thailand. Dogs like me risk our lives every day. Without you, our suffering will go on until the day we finally die, slowly and in agony. YOU have ...

I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter suffering with horrendous skin problems. Life on the streets had not been kind. My name is Candra.
Will you please show you care by visiting https://www.soidog.org/ to SPONSOR me?

WITHOUT YOU, DOGS LIKE BRONCHO HAVE NOBODY
She is about 5 years old. When we met her, she was in unimaginable pain and completely traumatised. We were alerted to her plight by a kind lady who feeds the street dogs in her community. Some people had told this lady that they had seen a dog being hit by a car. The dog had then taken off in fright and they were unable to find it.
The lady went to the area and tried to locate the injured dog without success. She returned that evening with her frien...

Often the Chinese would reply to me '感情值多少钱?' (how much does love worth?) when they wanted to surrender their dogs.
A handsome dog of 3-4years old, the owner wanted to dump his only pet, due to the reason that he has to move from his current place. From the look of his dog, the dog was telling me that he didn’t want to be separated from his owner. His owner was his MasterChef, his soulmate, his everything. As I was persuading the owner to keep him, I saw a tear dropped from the do...

Cow’s Bruise 30th Dec 2016, by AnimalCare
Cow started on his antibiotics yesterday and dutifully took it twice a day, with food. Cow is a bit of a hypochondriac, so visits to the vet and medicines do have a bit of a placebo effect on him.
This morning, he spat out his medicine and it took some effort to force it in. Usually, this means he thinks he is getting better. His appetite is good.
This photo was taken last night. He allows me to touch his bruise, so that’s a good sign. The bruise looked red last night. I suppose that&rs...

OUR YEAR IN REVIEW – ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION
We continue to raise awareness on animal welfare issues that affect all creatures great and small.
This year, we advocated for wild animals to be kept wild, where they belong. Wild animals have special needs and it is difficult to keep them healthy and alive in captivity. Despite it being illegal, wild animals are still being kept as pets in Singapore. From turtles and tortoises on the restricted list, to various lizards and snakes, sugar gliders...

WILL YOU SPONSOR A DOG THAT CANNOT BE ADOPTED?
I was struggling to survive when they found me. My name is Genius and I was found wandering the streets of Thailand with an injured back leg. The vets fought very hard to save the leg, but a life-threatening infection had set in and I had to have it removed.
Will you please visit https://www.soidog.org/ to become a SPONSOR for me?
I get around fine with my three legs, but sadly, the mental scars I bear mean I am not ready to be adopted. The horr...
