Dr.Chan,
Since last week,ZutZaidrop a lot of fur and keep scratching himself. He also always turn his head back to his body and biting himself.
Last time when i brought him to Ipoh Garden Animal Clinic for 3rd vaccine, the veterinary told that he feel very itchy.
There are few factors might lead to this: allergic, flea problem, or might also because of the strong detergent which i used to mop floor.

Allergic medicine had been given to him, and I also bought the tick collar for him. I also apply lesser detergent to mop my room floor.
Yet, his condition did not get better. And now it even get worse.
I will bring him to vet again soon, therefore i’m here to write a short info of his condition to you.
I wish to apply subsidy for his medical treatment.
We have subsidised RM17.50 for Zutzai’s treatment.
However, Ms Hor also sent us another receipt to claim, but no application had been made for it. Hence, we cannot pay for that.
We wish to remind all young people again, that the subsidy must be applied for. Please do not simply send us receipts and the form when no application has been made.
