Jadine And Truffles Leave For Their Forever Home In Norway

Jadine first came to Soi Dog in December 2012 as part of a litter of six motherless puppies. Their mother had been poisoned two days before, so Jadine and her siblings would never have survived had Khun Dominic not brought them to Soi Dog.

Truffles arrived here just over 6 months later, having been hit by a car which left her with a nasty back leg injury. Thankfully she made a full recovery and was able to be put up for adoption.

Luckily for Jadine and Truffles, finding their forever home was not going to take very long. In October, a lovely Norwegian couple, Henning and Mari, came to spend some time volunteering at Soi Dog. During their time at the shelter, they fell in love with these two beauties and decided they were destined for a future life in Norway!

Yesterday we said goodbye to Jadine and Truffles, as they left for their new home in Oslo. Henning and Mari opted to collect the dogs themselves as soon as they were ready to leave Thailand and made the long journey home with their two new family members. In July this year, they will welcome a third addition, when their first child is born!

Thank you Henning and Mari for giving Jadine and Truffles a loving home; we know they will be very happy with you both.
