8 Reasons Why You Should Never Declaw Your Cats

We are strongly AGAINST the de-clawing of cats. De-clawing is a painful, permanently crippling and, of course, inhumane procedure which harms, rather than helps, the cat.

We would advise cat owners to get their cats’ nails trimmed regularly and have sufficient scratching posts in their respective households, as far more effective measures of optimising cat care.
