Spay-Neuter Subsidy For 2 Cats, Ichigo & Kenet (Nor Elani Amri�s)

Dear Dr Chan,

I’ve neutered 2 strays from my neighbourhood last week. One female and one male, both pics and receipts are attached.

The female (Kenet)�is about 10 mnth old, and the male (Ichigo) is slightly older at 1 yr old. Once they are fully healed, they will be released back into the neighborhood. I feed them daily so they should be okay. I’m not finding adopters for them since they are used to living outside.

I’m planning to neuter more strays so your subsidy will be very helpful. Fyi, I will mail the original receipt & neutering form to you today.
