My name is Na Na Chat – PLEASE ADOPT ME!

Email deb@soidog.org to ADOPT me.

I one of older boys here at the Soi Dog shelter in Phuket, Thailand. I am 12 and half years old. Ive been here for over 5 years and I live in the OAP run.

I came to the shelter because I had terrible skin problems covering most of my body. Im now better but my skin was so badly damaged that the hair no longer grows on the back part of my body and it is bald. Im totally cool with this as it makes me so unique you get 2 dogs in 1.

When visitors come to the shelter the volunteers bring them through my run as part of the tour, so I get lots of attention. Ive also been getting regular walks too as theres a long term volunteer who looks after us old guys. I can be very vocal and I chat with the volunteers to let them know that Im very excited and looking forward to my walk. Despite my age Im young at heart and have good spurts of energy, but I do like a nap too.

So youre thinking why bother adopting me when I have such a great life? On the surface it does look good doesnt it? But I have to be honest with you I dont want to spend my senior years jostling with the other dogs for a pat. I want someone to give me pats day and night and let me snuggle up in my own bed or at your feet.

It would be so nice if I can live my last years with a nice family, sharing love and warmth.

Please adopt me.

Email deb@soidog.org to adopt me.
