We have good news from one of our Turtle Guardian, Ying Cheing!

The data collected from our satellite telemetry tracking efforts of 15 turtles is now up on State of the World’s Sea Turtles’ (SWOT) database! The satellite telemetry data collected since August 2006 – September 2013 on 15 hawksbill turtles have enabled us to identify “Important Turtle Areas” along Straits of Malacca. This information is key to ratify relevant international treaties that benefits to marine turtle conservation at regional and global scales.
