Horacio is about 4 years of age. His condition, when he arrived at our shelter, was pitiful. He was weak and emaciated, with an extremely swollen belly. Despite the pain he was in, he cooperated fully with our vets while they examined him. Horacio knows we want to help him.

Dogs like Horacio are common all over Thailand, a country with millions of stray dogs. Most of them are born on the streets and have never known any other way of life. They get fed by animal lovers in their communities but when they are sick or injured, they desperately need you.

Poor Horacio has been diagnosed with heartworm and liver problems. He is also battling severe anaemia. He has been started on a course of treatment and although he has a long journey ahead of him, we are hoping that he will make a full recovery.

Just a few dollars a week is all it takes to provide vital, life-saving care to dogs like Horacio. You are the only hope he has. Will you please help him?
