Spaying Subsidy For 2 Cats (Norsyahidah Yep�s)

Kiko (the orange-coloured cat) is a kitten from a rescued mother cat, Mami. (For the record, I applied for and received Mami’s spaying subsidy last December 2014). Kiko is now about 5-6months old. I decided to spay her before she started to go on heat.

Puteh (the white-coloured cat) is a community cat. I feed her regularly.� Last two months, I discovered that she gave birth to 3 kittens. However, she lost all of them. Not sure what exactly happen. I assumed the kittens were most probably taken away by some kids from the neighbourhood. I took her for spaying before she gets pregnant again.

I wish to apply for the Neutering Subsidy. The original receipt has been posted to your address earlier today.
