Dear Dr Chan,
I managed to catch 2 of the stray cats that I had been feeding in my condo area with the help of SPCA and I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for these 2 cats.
There are some stray cats that people would feed daily at my area. I spoke to the SPCA to help with the TNRM for these cats and have their ear notched. The neutering was done on 26th February and they are recovering in cages. They will be release in a few days and will be living around my condo, where people can continue to feed them.
I hope that you are able to assist with the subsidies. Attached are the photos requested. The form and original receipt will be posted to you as well.
