DOG SNATCHERS NOW TARGETING MOTHERS AND PUPPIES

We recently told you about our latest raid on a dog slaughterhouse that resulted in the rescue of 6 dogs, including a mother and her 3 puppies. Dog snatchers are now targeting mothers and puppies due to high demand, in the belief that the meat from young puppies and lactating females tastes better.

The rescued dogs have been transported to a government-run shelter, where they will undergo health checks and vaccinations before being transferred to the Soi Dog funded shelter at Buriram. Pictured here are the mother and her 3 babies as they wait patiently while a comfortable kennel is prepared for them.
