ACRES FLAG DAY 2015: THE ANIMALS NEED YOU!

A big shout-out to our amazing volunteers for all their help, especially those kind souls who took part in our Flag Day last year!

It’s that time of the year again, and we need YOUR help to raise funds the ‘old school’ way! As part of our birthday month events, we are having our ACRES Flag Day 2015 on the 17th May 2015!

If you are free on this Sunday, and don’t mind walking around your neighbourhood to raise funds for the animals, then we need you!

You raised more than $10,000 for the animals from last year�s Flag Day, so let�s take that number as a target to do better this year!

All money raised this year will go towards clamping down on wildlife crime and animal abuse cases through our new Animal Crime Investigation Unit.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
