CELEBRATING SINGAPORE�S NATIVE WILDLIFE!

At the Festival of Biodiversity, held on the 27th and 28th of June, we celebrated our native wildlife, as well as raising much-needed funds for our animal protection programmes! Thanks go to the generous crowd who contributed by making a donation, purchasing merchandise, or having their faces painted at the ACRES booth! Check out some of these amazing painted faces below!

Many people came up to our booth, learning about Singapore�s native wild animals and our wildlife rescue work through our displays. Many were pleasantly surprised at the rich variety of wildlife we have here in Singapore.

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
