LOVE LANDS IN BULGARIA

Do some of you remember when we helped Tsvetelina Vrancheva create this rescue center in Plovdiv, Bulgaria? It seems like only yesterday that this land was just a plot of dirt with nothing on it but one very determined woman with a great big dream. All the dogs and cats here have come from situations of grave danger and great neglect. It’s such a wave of joy to see them safe and happy.
