Watch A Short Film About The Care For Cats Club

WHEN YOU JOINED THE CARE FOR CATS CLUB, YOU SAVED MY LIFE

Its hard being a street cat in Thailand – scavenging for food, fighting off other cats, hiding from danger, and just trying to stay alive. My name is Pinocchio and I have been living on the streets since the day I was born 3 years ago.

There are many dangers that cats like me face on a daily basis but the day I was hit by the speeding car was the most frightening of all. The force of the impact flung me into the gutter at the side of the road and left me with a huge open wound on the top of my head.

I dont remember how long Id been lying there when I was found by a kind lady walking by. She was horrified by just how badly hurt I was and she immediately called the people at Soi Dog. She told them to hurry; she was worried I would die soon. That is how bad things looked for me then.

At the shelter, the vets battled to stabilise me. As some time had passed between me being hit by the car and the kind lady finding me, infection had set in to the wound on my head and I was at serious risk of dying of blood poisoning.

Instead, I was saved by some very special people the members of Soi Dogs Care for Cats Club. If you have already joined this club, then thank you. Your membership saved my life.

Thanks to the members of the Care for Cats Club funding life-saving medical treatment for me, today I am well on the way to recovery. The wound on my head is healing well. I have been given a second chance at life.

Please dont forget the sick and injured cats and kittens whose pictures you have not seen. If you love cats, wont you please join the Care for Cats Club to help them? Your membership will mean they can be given the urgent medical treatment they need, and be spayed and neutered so that no more unwanted kittens are born on to the streets.

Please do something wonderful for cats like me – we have no hope without you. Please click on my pictures and join the Care for Cats Club today. Thank you.

Join the Care for Cats Club and your donation will go towards feeding the hungry, treating the sick, spaying and neutering, and providing a safe place for those who have been mistreated.
