Dear Dr Chan,

Hope this email finds you well.

We have been feeding this stray male cat for the past 2 weeks with a big wound on his neck.

He would come into our compound most days trying to be friendly (looking for mate) with the many furry kids at our temporary home.

Finally last Sunday morning, we caught him and brought him to the clinic for medical attention and also for neutering.

We brought him back yesterday night after work and released him after feeding him with wet food.

Attached please find the duly signed and completed Neutering Subsidy Form with receipt and photos (Pre and Post) for your records.  This will be sent to you via Pos Ekspres.
