Hello, my name is Engku Nor Hidayu and I am from Kuala Terengganu.

I want to apply for your neutering subsidy RM80 for my 2 cats Skye (M) and Titi (F).

I’ve already posted out the receipt and form via Pos Ekspress.

Here is a short story about them:

Skye:

Skye is a male cat and came a few months back. He is a stray cat and I’m planning to keep him.

Titi:

Titi is a female cat, came to my house heavily pregnant. She gave birth a few months back, and her babies are eating by themselves now. I am planning to keep her.
