Reflections from Boon Nick, Ally, Stella, Hyun Jo, Chloe, Wern Thing, Dylan, Jia Huan:

“We first embarked on this project with limited knowledge on meatless food, vegan food and raw food. All these varieties of food seemed unappealing to us as we always had the idea that without dairy or meat, food will taste bland. However, to our surprise, when we researched for ideas online, we were swarmed with a diverse variety of appetizing food.”

“This VIA project was an eye-opening experience. We also learnt more about the cruelty factory-farmed animals face. It reminded us that we should play our part in helping to alleviate the squalid conditions these animals have to survive in.”
