My name is Popular. There was a time when l Iived on a forested hillside above a Phuket beach, until the day I stepped into an illegal pig-snare in the bush. I will never forget the agony and the terror I felt as I fought to free my leg.

The more I struggled, the more painful it got. Eventually I did manage to get free, but my leg was so seriously injured it had to be amputated when I arrived here at Soi Dog.
