JOIN US AT THE NEE SOON PET FIESTA THIS SUNDAY, 4th SEPTEMBER!

The inaugural launch of Pet Fiesta 2015 was a wonderful carnival which brought together animal lovers and the Nee Soon community. Pet Fiesta 2016, organised by Nee Soon East Citizens� Consultative Committee and Hope For Animals, is happening on 4 September, Sunday, 10am to 6pm.

ACRES will be raising awareness about the victims of the illegal exotic pet trade. If you agree with us that wild animals are not pets, come along to show your support!

The following animal welfare groups will also be at the event: Uncle Khoe�s K9; Exclusively Mongrels; Causes for Animals Singapore (CAS); Voices For Animals (VFA); Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter (OSCAS); Love Kuching Project; Cat Welfare Society (CWS); House Rabbit Society of Singapore (HRSS).

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
