SUNNY, SWEATY AND MUDDY, BUT STILL AWESOME

On 25th April 2017, 22 students from St Andrew’s Junior College dedicated their energy to help ACRES!

Following an educational talk and a tour, they performed the tasks including some paper work and outdoor maintenance work without complaints despite being under the sun and sweat buckets.

Indeed an awesome bunch and it was a pleasure working with them!

ACRES constantly needs help around our premises. If you got the time, why not pop by our place to lend a hand? Please contact Edwina at edwina@acres.org.sg if you have a group of school students who want to engage in this activity!

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
