I’m Sze Ling from Seri Kembangan, writing this email to request sponsor of spaying.

The stray cat was sent for spaying operation on 10/06/2017 (Sat) and it costed RM 100.

Attached the stray cat’s photos, official receipt and AnimalCare Neutering Aid form for your kind reference.

The origin hardcopy (except photos) was just sent to you by courier on 19/06/2017 (Mon).
