Dear Dr Chan
Re: Neutering of a Female stray dog
Another female stray dog (age about 6 months old) that lives Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur was sent to be spayed. She was born to a litter of 7 puppies but unfortunately, only the 2 femals were left behind. It has been months since I have been waiting for it to be adopted but to date, all efforts have been futile. She was caught once by the dog catchers together with her sister but I managed to bail them out in time before she got to the pound.
During the day, I allow her and her sister to be in my porch, just to keep the young ones safe from the dog catchers and release them back to the pack by late afternoon. I feed the pack at nights and she is very attached to me. I decided it was time to spay her as I don’t want to take the chance of her getting pregnant. After the neutering, I had no choice but to board her at the clinic as the area is not conducive for her to recuperate. I hope this application will meet your kind approval so that I can help to spay other females too.I thank you in advance for your kindness in giving this subsidy.
Thank You.
Yours sincerely
