“I recently celebrated my 5th anniversary in WWF-Malaysia. If you asked me what I am grateful most being with the Panda family, it would be the support from the management on motherhood and building a career.

I love doing what I do, even more so after giving birth. I am thankful that in some occasions this organization allows me to carry out my responsibilities at home under the watchful eyes of my daughter through the Working from Home policy.

In the office, sensitive to the needs of nursing mothers, there is a private and clean lactation room for us. There is even a designated area for kids to hang out and play if they have no other option but to follow their moms to work.

The struggle of working mothers is real and to have an organization thats thoughtful to our needs, is priceless.”- Farisha.
