Neutering Aid For 2 Cats In Puchong (Lian Hui Shan�s)

We have sponsored RM120 for the neutering of these 2 cats.

Dear Dr Chan,

I’m writing to apply neutering aid for a stray female cat named ‘Er Lang Shen’ and a male cat named ‘Xiao Bin Shi’.
‘Er Lang Shen’ and her son ‘Xiao Bin Shi’ was found roaming outside of my house recently. I brought them to castrate on 3/3/2018 and will be releasing them back.

The attachment are the photo of Er Lang Shen and Xiao Bin Shi.
