Did you know that plantation companies are required to set aside High Conservation Value (HCV) areas for the purpose of conservation?

To ensure that HCV areas are properly managed and monitored on the ground, WWF-Malaysia frequently holds HCV workshops and trainings for relevant companies to help them improve their HCV management and monitoring, with the overall goal of ensuring that areas vital to #conservation are well taken care of.

The WWF-Malaysia team in Sabah have just completed a 2-day HCV workshop for 25 participants representing various plantation companies in Sabah. Great job to all!
