Missy is an indoor kitty and is a little shy around other cats (and doggies), but knows how to purr, play and preen on her own stage, and likes to keep all four feet on the ground. Missy is looking for a new home as his owner is traveling overseas (and taking his four rescue doggies with him).

Missy's Story:

I adopted two kittens from a local vet, my heart melted when I saw them both, the first time was when the doctor brought them out, each tucked in and warmly snuggled in the doctors coat pocket, peering out over the top and looking curious! :)

This is Missy, for a while just kitty 1, as it took me some time to think of names! :) Max, her brother, was kitty 2! :)

Although sister and brother, Missy has very a different character to Max and a very lady like personality, whether she's drinking water, eating her favourite biscuits, sleeping or chasing feathers, she somehow does it all with refined lady like poise! :)

through the 3 photos (sit, lay and sleep), she is a very 'lady' cat. I love her sleeping pose.. :D

She is very refined, I think she feels it is most unlady-like to be unceremoniously picked up to be cuddled and stroked! :) She runs away each time, and puts on a special lady like look! I can see her turn her nose up when I pet Max and Blue! :) But she's is really affectionate, and loves to jump up and snuggle up at night, sometimes on the end of the bed with my feet and sometimes she will work her way into my arms or keep my head warm on the pillow! :)

Hi Simon, I must say Missy looks like Tinkerbell.
Tinkerbell is our agency's pet :) My colleagues and I fell in love with her the first day an ex-staff brought her in. She's so lovely when she curls up on my lap while I work. By the way, what are you feeding your feline friends?

Hi Sharon,

Why not take a few pictures of Tinkerbell and post them up here! She sounds really lovely and it must be nice to be working with her all curled up on your lap! :) Does she like watching the computer monitors? Mine do, and will sit quite contently watching the movements on screen! :)

I started out feeding kitties Iams, but they got board after a while and would meow and walk away, so I moved over to Royal Canin, which they still like. I now feed them a mix of these biscuits with whiskers canned food, Ocean Fish is their favourite! With Ikan Bilis for treats, which never fails to send them into super happy purrs! :)

Ikan bilis! Wow, your cats are really Malaysianized! :)

Saya fikir mereka boleh bercakap sedikit Malaysian! :) Or so they tell me as they Meow, Meow, Meow! :)

She doesn't like watching the computer screen but she prefers to ravage her stuffed toy (also a cat) instead. Hahaha :)

Are your cats litter trained? Just curious.

Tinkerbell is sort of my own furry stress ball. Whenever I'm all stressed out, I'll look for her, pick her up and start stroking her. I would feel much better the moment she's in my arms :)

I'm feeding her Hill's Science Diet. It helps to make her poo less smelly and I notice that she eats less too :) But of course, the occasional treat - Whiskers Tuna :) She loves it!

Will post up photos of Tinkerbell soon! Take care :)

Yes, Missy, Max and Blue are all litter trained, when the litter is freshly changed they like to "play in the sand" :) I've gone through several litter trays, but I find no matter how high the sides are to keep the litter in, kitties always seems to kick higher! I think it's a game they like to play between themselves! :)
