foxtress81   Feb 6th 2009 at 6:01PM Hey there, the moment i got the pups rescued, i got ads put up. i also happen to know the PR person who's in charge there and i told her not to put the puppies down as i will be getting them owners. petfinder has played a wonderful role in helping me get owners for all 14 pups that ive rescued thus far. :)

AprilTeo   Feb 17th 2009 at 1:06PM Thank you for your reply and it is good to hear that all the pups rescued were adopted. Me and my husband are constantly rescuing stray from time to time, and the main problem we are facing is we have no place to foster them and also worry nobody will adopt the doggies after rescued, and we dare not go to SPCA as well coz like what I mentioned, if nobody come, they will be put to sleep. Mat I know how long normally they will keep the doggies/pups while we go look for people for adoption? and how much normally they charge? Many thanks

smfan   Feb 19th 2009 at 11:21PM Hi April if you have no place to foster them, where do you put them? Currently I found 6 pups and having the same problem,no place to foster them, so i left them where they were born.Want to paste their pic in petfinder but they refuse to come out from heir hiding place as i believe somsbody must hv scared them. :(

AprilTeo   Mar 11th 2009 at 6:31PM Hi smfan, sorry for late reply, my husband and I will normally ask friends around who is interested in adopting the pups/adult dog, we also have a friend who is helping us to temporarily foster the rescued pups. Now we have the same problem again, we found another new batch of pups, they are 4 altogether, so we are feeding them every night. Now still looking for interested owner.

smfan   Mar 12th 2009 at 4:56PM Hi April, Strays are really a sad sight. There are just so many out there and some are just so difficult to catch.......just wondering when will this end???Wish everyone will do their part to help.
