Hi there. We found a fosterer for Sweetie shortly after I posted her profile and hadn't noticed your comment till now. Sorry about that.
Her foster family will be moving soon and so we are now seeking for someone to adopt Sweetie.
Also Sweetie is a girl, was your dog a male?
