Hi, I would like 2 noe if da sugar gliders r still available? I'm 23 yr old living wit my bro & mum. I choose da sugar glider coz in our hse we can't rear hamsters or dogs s we hav cats edy & cz my bro wants 2 hav sumtin cute n unsual s a pet! We hav a history wit animals havin reared & trained dogs in da past, fish, birds, hamsters evn monkeys & snakes. But all were eventually given away or died of old age. Ter r 3 vets near our place n I will purchase a cage 4 da glider s soon s I get an answer. N I aso hav a very good contact wit a pet house wic could provide da nessacary & essentials for da glider... Hi, I would like to say something about this as I feel it's very unfair to Alicia that there are ppl who think so badly of her. Alicia is a very caring and soft hearted person that didn't mind helping me foster some of the gliders I had for adoption cuz I had to empty my house due to personal reasons. I can say she really helped me out of lot since the time I met her and she is a genuine animal lover. She bought new cages for the gliders for adoption cuz she couldn't stand seeing them staying in her spare smaller cages, even though the gliders weren't going to stay with her for that long.
I had 3 inquiries for the gliders after Alicia had taken them and I told them the glider is free, but the requirement is to neuter them and I will call the vet at the end of the week. This made them think twice cuz they thought they didn't need to pay anything. Lots of butter-coated words used but once they heard they had to pay for something, they suddenly gave reasons that they can't adopt. The RM150 is for the neutering and receipt will be given to the adopter. The adopter is welcomed to call the vet or if you want to be there while the neutering is done I doubt Alicia would mind. She is also a busy person running a shop, so if the adopter him/herself would like to take the glider to neuter, be my guest. But you'll never know if the adopter may just suddenly stop answering the phone and disappear after collecting the glider.
The pricing for the joeys are fixed cuz they are homebred, hand tamed, fed a good diet and released at the proper age. If you feel you want to get the best bang for your buck with the RM200+ joey from the pet shop, that's your choice as no one is forcing you to buy joeys from me.

To make things a little simple. We want the best for our pets. And we're not selling them. Like she mentioned, the cost is for neutering the gliders. You can have the gliders for FREE. If you can prove to me that you can and will send the gliders to neuter as soon as they get on your hands at your own expense. The housing is what we as concerned owners want for the gliders. We do not want to see them rot in a 2ft x 1ft cage because they're not ment to be kept that way. If you can't provide even that for OUR gliders, its better for you to just drop by pet safari and buy one.

First of all i stand by my statement that the ad are very misleading which alicia had rectify. Secondly i never claim an expert in gliders so alicia shoudn't assume everyone knows everything about gliders. Then the way she slowly offer to sell the joeys somehow upset me coz i've been tricked similar before. I don't think people would fork out large amount of money to buy stray/unwanted cats/dogs unless it's exotic purebreed like what TAG exotics offers so to Andy & Conelia pls don't exaggerate. As for the cage thing, not everyone have the luxury to own/live in big landed house with spacious lawn as alicia. I'm familiar with alicia's name appearing in lots of animal's related sites like homeapet,petinder etc but i feel she have been ignorance for not to post the ad accurately maybe due to the the overwhelming compliments she got. Lastly, i regret making the personal attack and accuse her the way i did which i'm very sorry and would like to retract.

Let it be known that i was one of the first few providing TAME quality gliders for sale in KL about 4 years ago.
Rachel, and another girl called Hun, are what's left of what i would term as quality breeders. If you want to support glider farms, its your choosing.
From your replies to Alicia's e-mails, i find that you know NUTS about these furry little animals and i think you do not deserve the love of a glider even if its going out for free.
And worst still the personal attack on Alicia being an animal seller. If she ever wanted to do that, she'ed be one rich lady. What you just said just reflected how badly you are in your real life to say or conclude something like that about someone that you've just exchanged a few e-mails with. BTW, Alicia who you've just misjudged as an "Animal Seller Making Money" she's one of the most successful cat rescuer in KL. If not Malaysia.
To all people that's giving out pets for adoption. Please take time to read through and find out what kinda of person this Azlan Aziz guy is before handing your beloved animal to him.
