Volunteers Needed For This Saturday's Forum!

 


Dear Supporters,

We urgently need volunteers for ACRES' Singapore Animal Welfare Symposium and Public Forum that will take place on the 25th February, Saturday.

If you able to spare the following times to help out, please reply tovolunteer@acres.org.sgon your availability with your full name and contact number.

Event:Volunteers for Singapore Animal Welfare Symposium and Public Forum Welfare Policies

Date/Day:25th February, Saturday

Time:8am to 5pm

Location:Chong Pang Community Club (CC), Basketball Court

Shifts:

Shifts1:7:00am to 12:30pm(Inclusive of Volunteer Briefing from 7am to 8am)

Shift 2:12:00noon to 6:00pm(Inclusive of Volunteer Briefing from 12noon to 12:30pm & event tear down from 5pm to 6pm)

Full Shift:7am to 6pm(Inclusive of Volunteer briefing from 7am to 8am & event tear down from 5pm to 6pm)

Roles of volunteers (your specific duties will be allocated upon your arrival):Volunteers to help with manning the ACRES booths, assisting with registration, manning food stations, re-arranging the stage between sessions,greeting, ushering attendees to their seats, and reminding attendees to return to the hall before each session.

Notes:

There will be at least 1 ACRES' staff on site during the event to guide the volunteers.Notes will be emailed to volunteers to read up if required.Please have your breakfast for Shift 1 and lunch for Shift 2 before your reporting time respectively.For volunteer who is clocking CIP hours, please download the CIP Form at the following link:http://www.acres.org.sg/volunteer/signup.html, print and bring along on the event day.

Dress Code:

ACRES' T-shirt should you already own one (black), if not, black T-shirt or polo.Jeans – Blue or Black.Covered Shoes.Strictly no singlets, shorts, mini skirts and slippers.
