Subsidy For Dino The Kitten (Jacquelyn Ng Lee Woon’s)

Hi, I rescued a mange cat in Jan 2012 and currently he is fully
recovered and even had the first vaccine. Recently I learnt from my
friend,Shaila Raj abt the subsidy for the medical fees, I am so glad
to hear abt this as currently I am a student with no income, my
financial burden can be lighten if I can get the subsidy. The cat is
going for the second vaccine in next Tuesday (27th Mar) and will be
neuter after the vaccines, may I know whether all these fees can be
subsidied?

We have subsidised RM20 for the vaccination and will wait for the receipt for the neutering of Dino.
