Two weeks ago, Christine and Pearly, two young and sweet girls volunteer themselves to help up at our shelter. Eventhough it was heavy rain on that particular Saturday, it did not stop them from volunteering.They had helped to clean up all the poo-poo, feed the doggies as well as helping us to disinfect the puppy area at the entrance after a puppy was suspected to have been infected by parvo virus. Second Chance would like to say a big thank you to Christine and Pearly.
Last week, there was another group of young people came to our shelter and helped out on the cleaning as well as clorox the kennels. They are Jing Jia, Yee Teng and Pang How. Besides, they also donate 1 bag of kibble. Thanks a lot !!
All our volunteers at such a young age already learn to love and extend their helping hand to the strays. We also hope these loving and compassionate boy and girls can continue to be a good example to the future young people.
