We have fully sponsored RM150 for Shorty’s neutering. Shorty is the community dog who was captured along with his friend, Blackie due to a complaint by a neighbour. It took Mary 40 days to finally obtain their release from the pound. Shorty is now neutered and waiting for adoption.

Hi Kah Yein,
I would like to apply for subsidy for the neutering of Shorty, who was my community dog, caught by the local council and kept at the pound for 40 days. He was finally released on 24 February 2014, and was then taken to be neutered on 27 February 2014.
Here’s a photo of Shorty, before and after neutering.
Shorty is currently being fostered by a kind uncle and his maid who helps take care of them; while awaiting someone to adopt the both of them permanently.
