PUPPY DUMPERS BE WARNED. The perimeter of the SSPCA shelter is monitored by security cameras. Your irresponsible actions are being filmed and we will do our best to identify you and your vehicles. For example, the two heartless men who abandoned their three 2-month-old puppies (girls, of course) in the gutter after they drove up in the white utility van at 9:05AM on Sunday, December 13. We have your faces and van on film, and someone who has technical skills with CCTV footage should be able to give us clearer images and make out your tag numbers.

Do you have technical skills to volunteer, to help us identify and stop irresponsible puppy dumpers? Please PM! Do you recognize these three sweet, beautiful puppies? Please PM! Can you give these darling girls a home? Please come to the shelter 10A-4P any day of the year.
