Dear Dr. Chan,

I would like to request neutering aid for these two cats.

Oren & Putih : These cats are same owner live in Kajang (my wife’s friend). Putih every 5 month will give birth. Then the kitten become strays. The owner also refuse to spay and neuter until I said I will bear all cost.

Hope Dr. Chan / AnimalCare Society may consider.
