Be part of WWF-Malaysias shark origami contest!

Step 1: Go wild with your creative shark origami, there is no limit to your creativity Think green with the materials used, e.g. reuse your gift wrappers, old newpaper, paper bags, etc.

Step 2: Snap a picture of you with your shark origami in the most creative way.

Step 3: Email to kawan@wwf.org.my with the email subject My Shark Origami. Include your details as follow: Full Name (as per NRIC), NRIC number, Handphone number and Source of material.

Heres a picture of a Whitetip reef shark (Triaenodon obesus) on the sea floor. This species of shark can be found in Sipadan Island, Sabah.

Populations of this species have plummeted more than 90% in some offshore areas of the Pacific and Atlantic due to overfishing by industrial fishing fleets.
