$1,000 REWARD

On 26 March 2018, at approximately 11:45pm, SPCA was alerted to a case of a brown Pomeranian seemingly abandoned in a pet carrier next to Blk 134, Bedok North St 2.

We are appealing for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this act.
