APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

On 23 June 2018, at about 11:00pm, a kitten was found alive in a sealed box in the riser at the 4th floor of the car park at Blk 175 Yung Kuang Road.

A kind family rescued the kitten and we are deeply grateful to them. The kitten is being cared for by a resident in the area.

We are requesting for witnesses to step forward to assist with the investigation. The SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for this act. Anyone with information in relation to this incident can call our 24-hour hotline at 6287 5355 (ext. 9), or e-mail inspector@spca.org.sg. Information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
