Neutering Aid For 3 Dogs In Lumut, Perak (Mohd Khalil Sofi Bin Harun’s)

Hello Dr Chan,

My name is Mohd Khalil Sofi Bin Harun and I’m from Lumut Perak. The reason I’m sending you this email is to request an animal care neutering aid from your organization.

At 1st, I’ve been working alone to capture the dogs which are stay in my housing area but I cant. So, I’m asking help from my housemate, Amirul to help me out. Sometimes my neighbor, Siti Aminah will help me but most the time its only me to feed the dogs everyday.

So, I hope that you can approve my request for neutering aid.
