You won’t believe the difference people like you have made for Yolanda!

A few months ago, we brought you this girl’s shocking story. She’d been found roaming the streets in a world of pain. Somehow, in her desperate foraging for food, a large bone from a discarded piece of meat had become firmly lodged in her mouth. It was preventing her from eating or closing her mouth properly and she was slowly starving to death.

Please help to fund rescues such as Yolanda’s! Go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Yolanda to join the Emergency Response Team now.

Yolanda was spotted by a kind person who called our shelter and reported a dog in distress, that was desperately trying to pull something out of her mouth. Our Animal Rescue Officer was dispatched immediately and shortly after, Yolanda arrived at the Soi Dog hospital and into the care of our vets.

She was drooling excessively from the obstruction in her mouth and her eyes were also badly infected and so filled with pus that she was struggling to see. Left on her own on the streets, this desperate little girl would never have made it. But it is only support from people like you that meant she could be helped.

Will you please join the Emergency Response Team so that more suffering homeless animals can be picked up and get the help they desperately need? Your membership will fund the rescue, medical treatment and ongoing care of dogs and cats that simply have nowhere else to turn. If you care about them, please go to https://bit.ly/Saving_Yolanda to pledge a small monthly gift that will make a world of difference.

Our vets were able to remove the large bone from Yolanda’s mouth and she was started on pain relief and medication for her eye infection. For the first time in who knows how long, she was able to enjoy a nutritious meal and begin building up her strength once more.

Today, Yolanda is a different dog. Transformed from the suffering, desperate creature we met, she is pain-free and happy once more. It is people like you who make these endings possible.

Soi Dog Foundation is now being asked to rescue more and more animals but we can only do as much as our funds allow. But with your support, suffering dogs and cats that have never known love can be given a second chance at life. Will you please help to make that happen?

You can make the world of difference for animals like Yolanda by sending a small regular gift. Please go now to https://bit.ly/Saving_Yolanda and pledge a few dollars a week to end the suffering for countless animals that have nobody else. Thank you.
