Photos From Soi Dog Foundation's Post

Are you looking for an exotic addition to your family? If so, I’m your guy. My name is Karhus and as you can see from my photos, I’m not your average Soi Dog. My fluffy coat, golden eyes and massive size make me unique and leave me standing out from the crowd. Most people can’t help but do a double take when I walk by.

I was found with a big rope tied around my neck and I was too weak to walk. I had obviously been neglected for quite some time. The people who found me realised that I was in urgent need for help and so I was brought to the Soi Dog Shelter here in Phuket, Thailand.

Most people are initially impressed by my look, however, once they get to know me they realise I am the whole package. I am known for being a loyal and affectionate boy who enjoys any and all human interaction. Whether we are going for a walk or just relaxing, I will be by your side. I get along with other dogs just fine but don’t mind having time to myself especially in this heat.

A hot country like Thailand is no place for a Malamute. Can you offer me a loving home in a much cooler country?
