We Were Honoured To Have Senior Parliamentary Secr..

We were honoured to have Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore & Ministry of National Development, Sun Xueling, as our Guest-of-Honour, together with key officers from Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) at our We Are SingaPAW 2019 event last weekend.

We are glad to have had an opportunity to share about our animal welfare work, as she went on a tour around our shelter. We are truly thankful for the support given!

This is Godfather – a black kitty.

SPCA Singapore picked him up from the street over 6 months ago. When they found him, he was less than 2kg, and had a bad wound on his back area. There were concerns that he wouldn’t make it, but he did 🙂 He has put on weight and is recovering well. Hope that he will find a happy home and forever pawrent soon.

The newly upgraded clinic at SPCA – which is Singapore’s first not for profit clinic, is equipped with medical facilities to help injured community and rescued animals, and also supports our nationwide Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage (TNRM) programme.

Met many furry friends and the people and volunteers behind some of our animal welfare groups (AWGs) at the “We are SingaPAW’ event this afternoon. These groups and individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes to support a very meaningful cause – helping our community animals, and finding homes for as many of them as possible.

Thank you SPCA and Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) for organising this adoption drive and carnival together with our other AWGs.
