Passionate about human-wildlife coexistence in Singapore?

Want to play an active role in education and promoting coexistence with wildlife in Singapore?

Join our campaigns team, to engage residents in conflict zones, educate and empower them.

This position involves surveys to understand the root cause of conflict issues, addressing them and resolving the conflict situation through education and working closely with the government agencies.

Salary: $1,780 (gross) after 3 months probation.

Job responsibilities

1. Handle feedback on wildlife-related situations.

2. Conduct engagement sessions for outreach on wildlife co-existence

3. Carry out surveillance and monitoring for wildlife-related situations

4. Document and submit weekly reports on the above.

5. To respond to feedback through commuting island-wide (public transport) to manage wildlife related situations.

Requirements

1. Passionate about animal welfare and raising awareness.

2. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to work outdoors as an excellent team player

5. Ability to work closely with the community through engagement

6. Ability to adapt working in a charity organization, ability to work weekends/public holidays when required.

7. Singapore driving license an advantage

8. Meticulous in following up, documentation and reporting.

Please note that this job does not involve exclusively handling wildlife on a daily basis.
