The Malaysian government will send back up to 100 tonnes of plastic waste because it was too contaminated to recycle. “Malaysia will not be the dumping ground of the world,” Environment minister Yeo Bee Yin(杨美盈)said. “Malaysians have a right to clean air, clean water and a clean environment to live in, just like citizens of developed nations,” said the Kementerian Tenaga, Sains, Teknologi, Alam Sekitar dan Perubahan Iklim (MESTECC) minister.
