4211. 90. Today We Went To Jabatab Haiwan Perak To..

今天一口气到霹雳州兽医局处理4宗虐待动物案件，(2宗上庭，1宗警告，1宗仍需调查)，花时间帮助受到伤害的动物，为牠们争取人道的协助不是什么问题。

最大难度是90%的投报者都不愿意出面，不愿意报警，不愿意上庭作证。

令我们在处理案件的程序上加倍吃力。

Today we went to Jabatab Haiwan Perak to settle 4 cases of animal cruelty (2 cases on court, 1 case of warning, and 1 case pending). The time spent on helping out these poor animals will be wasted because 90% of the people who reported to us would not cooperate and go to court for the animal’s benefit.
